It is widely understood that attempting to join North Fraser ARC is virtually impossible.  North Fraser ARC is more likely to join you and will do so with all the surprise, pageantry and welcome of a Spanish Inquisition.  Some join willingly while others are drafted into servitude and serve a minimum 2 year sentence, longer if they exhibit good behavior.
